Returns
Return on plants will not be accepted as it is difficult for a plant to survive in both way transit.
Return on Non – plant products will be accepted only when the product is unused or in unopened conditions.
Returns will be accepted only within 14 days from the date of delivery of the product.
The shipping cost for returns under any circumstances shall be borne by the customer.
Refunds
Refund for both Plants and Non- Plants products are available only in case of the Plants being perished or have become unfit for planting or gardening purposes, or the product being damaged. The User under such circumstances is required to send an image of the Product as a proof within 24 hours of delivery.
Once the product reaches us or after the verification is done ( which ever applies), the firm shall initiate the refund process. Generally it takes about 10 to 14 days to process the refund.
You shall make all Refund requests by emailing us at support@greentropicals.com which will be the official mode of communication with our Platform and the Firm.
Cancellation
Once order payment is placed on the Website and if you wish to cancel the order and get the refund, the Company provides such refunds, at the Company’s sole discretion, to the customers provided the cancellation request is made within 24 hours of placing the order.
