REFUNDS AND CANCELLATION POLICY

 

 

We thank you and appreciate your purchase with us. Please read the policy, conditions and process carefully as they will give you important information and guidelines about your rights and obligations as our User, concerning any purchase you make through us. The policy concerning the returns and refund requests, shall be following the clauses as set forth:

 

  1. RETURN REQUESTS
  1. The website does not consider any return requests for the Plants as it perishes in two way transit.
  2. The Website allows return of Non- Plant products provided the product(s) is unused and unopened.
  3. The return request will be accepted only if the request for the same is made within 14 days from the date of delivery of product. The shipping cost for returns under any circumstances shall be borne by the Customer. Once the product has been shipped and after the verification is done, the Company shall initiate the refund process.

 

  1. REFUND REQUESTS
  1. Once order payment is placed on the Website and if you wish to cancel the order and get the refund, the Company provides such refunds, at the Company’s sole discretion, to the customers provided the cancellation request is made within 24 hours of placing the order.
  2. Refund for both Plants and Non- Plants products are available only in case of the Plants being dead or have become unfit for planting or gardening purposes, or the product being damaged. The User under such circumstances is required to send an image of the Product as a proof within 24 hours of delivery.
  3.  All Refunds shall be made only after careful and thorough investigation by us on following such guidelines. The Refund shall be completed between Ten (10) to Fourteen (14) days from the date of refund request made by the User and the money shall be transferred to the original source of payment of the User.

 

You shall make all Refund requests by contacting the technical team support available on the Platform, or by emailing us at support@greentropicals.com which will be the official mode of communication with our Platform and the Company. The Company shall waive all other means of communication made. You will be refunded in the currency you were charged in. If this is not your native currency, your bank may charge exchange fees, or a change in the exchange rate may have resulted in a difference in the amount refunded compared to the amount you originally paid (in your native currency). It is solely your responsibility if you have to pay any fees or bear any losses in this process.

 

  1. CANCELLATION

The Company at its sole discretion may cancel any Service(s):

  1. If it suspects a User has undertaken a fraudulent transaction, or
  2. If it suspects a User has undertaken a transaction which is not following the Terms of Service, or
  3. In case of unavailability of a service, or
  4. For any reason outside the control of the Company including causes for delivery related logistical difficulties.
  5. If the Company does not want to do business with the User

Further, while all measures are taken to ensure accuracy of service specifications and pricing, the details of the product as reflected on the platform may be inaccurate due to technical issues, typographical errors or incorrect service information provided to the Company and in such an event you shall be notified as soon as such error comes to the notice of the Company.

The Company maintains a negative list of all fraudulent transactions and non-complying Users and reserves the right to deny access to such Users at any time or cancel any orders placed by them in future.

 

  1. EXCHANGES

“Exchanges” shall mean return of one Purchased goods for another goods on the Platform. The Website under no circumstances consider any exchange requests made by the Customer.

However, the website shall replace any product that is delivered damaged or for any reasons mentioned. The replacement shall only be the same product and the Company shall not replace it with a different product.
